Kesan Pembaharuan dalam Bidang Kerja ke Arah Kualiti Kerja Cemerlang

The study includes three government agencies which are the Royal Malaysian Police (RMP), National Registration Department (NRD) and the Public Works Department (PWD) in Malaysia. Studies on three government agencies are covering the services provided by these agencies, as well as the effectiveness and efficiency of officers working in these agencies. A total of 270 respondents from these government agencies, the Royal Malaysian Police (RMP), National Registration Department (NRD) and the Public Works Department (PWD) in Malaysia have been choosen to answer the questionnaire in this study. Results showed that the effectiveness and efficiency of an employee has a positive relationship with reforms in the areas of work. Meanwhile, work productivity showed partial significant relationship with reforms in the areas of work. Thus, efforts to introduce more reforms in the areas of work should be continued by the Malaysian Government in government agencies in order to maintain the excellent work of an employee can be further improved
