Abstract :
The study includes three government agencies which are the Royal Malaysian Police (RMP), National Registration Department (NRD) and the Public Works Department (PWD) in Malaysia. Studies on three government agencies are covering the services provided by these agencies, as well as the effectiveness and efficiency of officers working in these agencies. A total of 270 respondents from these government agencies, the Royal Malaysian Police (RMP), National Registration Department (NRD) and the Public Works Department (PWD) in Malaysia have been choosen to answer the questionnaire in this study. This research shows that employee’s attitudes have a positive relationship with the effectiveness and efficiency of an employee. Meanwhile, the attitude of employees showed a hypothesis is partially accepted for work productivity. The attitude of the employees is important in the Malaysian government agencies in improving the quality of the excellent work of the government agencies. Therefore, the attitude of these workers should be given serious consideration by the Malaysian government to improve the quality of the work of a government agency of Malaysia.
