Pantun dan Ungkapan Melayu sebagai Wahana Kepemimpinan Melayu ke Arah Pembangunan Modal Insan

This paper demonstrates how the definition, functions, responsibilities and attitudes of leadership which are aquatinted with religious values, customs and social norms had been interpolated in the Malay pantun. The source of this demonstration are the typical pantuns found in Malay life. It is found that the pantun had played important role in human capital development particularly by inserting astute, knowledge and moral in it.
