Abstract :
This study aims to examine the relationship between ergonomics workstation factors and the work stress outcomes. Five hundred (500) samples of production operators from eleven (11) manufacturing electronics organizations that registered with the Malaysian International Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MICCI) by using proportionate stratified random sampling were selected. Questionnaires were used for the data collections process. The multiple regression analysis shows that 57.6 percent of the changes in stress at the workplace is due to its relationship with body posture, health level, tools, chair, work area design, humidity, acoustic, lighting, shift work and working hour. Results also provide empirical proofs that training and P-E Fit moderate the relationship between ergonomics workstation and the stress outcomes at the workplace .
