Abstract
This paper describes the design of a scheme to generate test data and test weight for marking student s program. The generation of test data was based on boundary value analysis technique. Each test datum will be given a weight based on how critical the data is. The given weight was used during program assessment. This scheme has been used as one of the components in C Evaluation System, also known as STaksirC
