Abstract :
Improving the professional adequacy and developing positive manners towards being a prospective teacher require an implementation process that should be realized within the cooperation between the faculties and field schools. This planned process within the frame of field experience classes requires carrying out the responsibilities by supervisors from both faculties and field schools for improving the adequacies of prospective teachers. The purpose of this study was to reveal the diffuculties faced in the implementation of field experience classes with the supervising teachers who were in charge of the process at field schools that practice the model of faculty-school cooperation in the city of Konya. Scanning model was prefered and qualitative research method was used to collect, analyze and discuss the data. The findings revealed that the prospective teachers acquired positive manners towards the objectives and conduction of the filed experience classes. However, they thought that these classes also had some shortcomings about some matters.
