Abstract :
This study is aimed to develop a multiple-choice items measurement instrument by considering basic objectives about impulse and momentum, which are determined by the researcher. Using this measurement instrument, students’ acquisition level of basic objectives about impulse and momentum was determined. This measurement instrument was developed with implication that was carried out with the attendance of 143 2nd grade high school students. The measurement instrument was developed as multiple choice test that’s consist of 21 test items. As a result, it was determined that students’ acquisition level of basic objectives which are aimed to achieve conceptual understanding about impulse and momentum is insufficient to get target basic objectives.
