  • Abstract
    This study, aims to define democratical levels of primary school administrators’ attitudesabout administration processes according to primary school teachers’ perception, is in thescanning model. In the study, according to gender and seniority variances whether primaryschool teachers’ democratical evaluation senses of primary school administrators’ attitudes about administration processes show meaningful change or not is also studied. The sample ofthe study is composed of one hundred twenty one primary school teachers working in Kastamonucenter district primary schools. In data analysis, arithmetic mean, t-test, One way ANOVAtechniques are used. According to the study findings, primary school teachers evaluate primaryschool administrators’ attitudes about administration processes as democratical. Femaleteachers perceive administrators’ attitudes about “the evaluation” process as meaningfullydemocratical. Senior teachers perceive administrators’ attitudes about administration processesas more democratical than the less senior teachers.
