Abstract :
A 64 years male presented as a case of triple vessel coronary artery disease with bilateral asymptomatic carotid lesion. He underwent combined right carotid endarterectomy (CEA) and off pump coronary artery bypass grafting (OPCAB) with excellent outcome.
