Abstract :
We characterize cyclic and weakly amenable fl-Munnalgebras. In the special case of Rees matrix sernigroups, WE obtain anew proof of the following result. due t.o Blackmore: The sernigroupalgebra of every Recs matrix semigroup is weakly amenable. Characterizationsof Connes-arneuahle fl-:LvlunIl algebras with squaresandwich matrix and semigroup algebras of Rees matrix sernigroupsare also provided.
