Abstract :
We thank Gupta et al for their interest in our study. (1) First of all in our study of 205 patients we found 7.3% having hypersensitivity in contrast to the literature.(2) Secondly, the aim of the study was to illustrate the safety of two different IV Iron preparations and not to examine the cause of failure to respond to IV Iron and Erythropoietin.
