RESEARCH ON GENERATING CAPACITY OF HUMAN CAPITAL THINKING TRANSFORMATION CATALYST FOR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

Community transformation development as a whole includes both quantity and quality of life input changes. The ability of human capital to generate the efficiency of thinking and speaking is one of the contributing factors that lead to this change. Thus, the education quality which generates students thinking and language competency shall be an utmost input to emphasize within the context of human capital development. Broader understanding shall gathered in language learning in order to gain command in language therefore established students thinking ability and language competency in delivering strong and effective ideas. This language learning research has been conducted several schools of coastal communities to identify and analyze students thinking ability as well as to assess their cognitive level of concentration during final stage of schooling. This is to see how far students able o manipulate multi operational cognitive thinking in understanding text as well as proposed resolution to enhance cognitive abilities for the effectiveness of language learning. Result shows that cognitive thinking level in Malay language learning is still low as they unable to empower skills in order to mould higher cognitive scheme even though the questions are within their realm of thinking. In order to excel the accurate skills of each cognitive level question, strengthening effort should be paid attentively as the language geared up cross discipline knowledge and a catalyst for community development transformation.
