First the situation of the current program and the available facilities is presented through facts and figures. Then through surveys and interviews with the Turkish Military Academy PES Group personnel, their ideas on whether the program is effective and the facilities are satisfactory have been collected. As a result of the research, the current program was found to be satisfactory in achieving PES objectives. Success rates of 96.5 % prove this finding. 22.7 % of the interviewed instructors stated that they did not find the program to be satisfactory. Not enough class hours and the lack of motivation displayed by the cadets are believed to be the reason behind this. On the other hand, the interviews and analysis have shown that the PES Facilities are satisfactory in the aspect of variety, but unsatisfactory in the aspects of capacity and technology
