Abstract
The principle of laicism is a principle emergent during the French Revolution. Revolutionary movements were put into practice in parallel with the implementation of this principle in the new Turkey of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk and were stimulated French Public Opinion’s interest and were required to be closely fallowed these developments. Moreover, in that period, many books in which Turkish revolutionary movements existed were published, articles and news were took place in the newspapers and periodicals.
