Abstract :
There had been several researches on leadersdhip concept which was clarified as pioneer or chief in Turkish language and specially pedagogs approached to this subject prioritizing educational process. Probably Mustafa Kemal was the one, on whom it was written, researched and said most. But most of these researches approached Mustafa Kemal’s leadership ascribing some meanings such as mystery, secret or ethereal. Whereas like everyone, genetic factors, family structure, his schools and living environment were decisive in the process of forming his identity and prominence of his leadership feature. In this context Atatürk’s behaviors and attitudes on events and facts emerged as parts of his genetic, social and pedagogic history. In this research, Atatürk’s leadership is considered with the help of multiple intelligence theory and within this scope a research is made on his school life.
