Abstract
The basic principles of sustainable development are providing sustainability in three different areas: economic, environmental and social. There are two different factors influence the management of renewable resources, resource-based and institutional factors. Regenerative capacities of economic, environmental and social components must be perceived as natural capitals of the system for maintaining its characteristics. Especially the institutional factors of social component are providing a wide action field for applied anthropologists to maintain the required capacities for sustainable development.
