The first aim of Social Impact Assessment (SIA) and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is providing sustainability of livelihoods for disadvantaged groups by saving regenerative capacities of their resources. Secondly, benefits should be maximized for all stakeholders. The two sided point of view is only possible when the principles of two different but interconnected fields were considered together.
