Abstract :
The development of applied anthropology took place with its systematic, experts, associations and institutions in United States and in the colonial territories of United Kingdom. Social anthropologists, whose primordial functions defined as cultural data collectors, after the second half of twentieth century have started to work as decision and policy makers. Today, the first priority of social anthropologists is to save the rights of the local and indigenous groups, which they work together. For this purpose, ethic declarations have been published by national anthropology associations.
