The purpose o/this study is to investigates the causal relationship between energy consumption, employment and economic growth. This research is to determine the long-run relationship between employment and energy consumption where they are including oil, coil and electricity consumption. Beside that, this research also would like to see the relationship between every single energy and the economic growth and also the employment with economic growth. Is it have direct relationship or numeral relationship between the three variable. This research will unswer the question with applying Vector Analysis Regression (VAR) without constraintand and Vector Error Correction Model (VECM).
