Abstract :
This paper studies the determinants of willingness to give bribe amonguniversity students, in case oftraffic offence. Marginal benefit (time andmoney saved) that obtained in giving the bribe is the main determinants.This implies that policy of anti-corruption by increase the fine is mostlikely 10 be ineffective. The finding of morality ottachment is able 10reduce the willingness to bribe, suggests that religious teaching shouldbe the/Deus on anti-corruption education. Students with high willingnessto bribe are those who are male, Chinese CCPA more than 2,96 and lowmorality attachment. Anti-corruption education is suggested to focus onthis group.
