Abstract :
The aim of this research was to study the perceptions of teachers of Mathematics and Science in English (ETEMSJ towards supervision of classroom teaching and its relationships with work culture and work attitude. Respondents were 138 ETEMS teachers from 16 schools in the Kulim Bandar Baharu district. Findings showed that ETEMS teachers perceptions towards supervision of classroom teaching mere positive and moderate. In addition the supervision process dimension and supervision feedback dimension were also found to be moderate and positive. Mean scores for both ETEMS teachers work culture and work attitude were similar, indicating a positive work culture as well as work attitude. There were positive and significant relationships betiveen the supervision process dimension and feedback dimension with work culture. A significant and positive relationship also existed between the supervision process dimension and work attitude. However, only the supervision process dimension emerged as a significant predictor of work culture.
