Abstract :
Since the introduction of the Internet, there has been a tremendous development on the use of e-commerce world-wide. This paper aims to discuss the factors that led to the intention to use e-commerce among Internet users. The selected factors are perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, social influences, beliefs, cost, and safety. Those factors have been identified in previous studies which found that there is a relationship with the intention to use e-commerce among Internet users. A quantitative method has been employed in this study using 150 respondents in Putrajaya. Result shows that all of the selected factors have a positive relationship with a moderate level of strength. This finding is in consistent with the previous findings, but it differs in terms of its level of strength
