Abstract :
A lawsuit begins with differences of perception between plaintiffand defendant. This differences of perception would not be dissolved in court. Mutual differences of perception would remain or be amplified even at the closing of a case. The differences of perception have been studied from the medical viewpoint using mathematically modeled ambiguous figures.
