Abstract :
A developed and civilized society is believed to be a cultured community. Culture is civilization, advancement of mind and intellect and has developed culture. The cultural culture of holistic Islamic organization is the process or way of cultivating something like thinking and knowledge in the context of a complete and total Islamic cultural organization. Integrity is the principle of life that holds honesty or perfect and complete. The principle of integrity also emphasizes the honesty or the perfect condition intact on aspects related to or based on the Islamic religion. Hence, the main issue of this study is the extent to which the culture of holistic Islamic organization culture based on the integrity aspect of Islamic integrity can be a formula for a developing and cultured society. The main objective of this study is to understand the culture of holistic Islamic organization. The second objective is to examine the extent to which cultural cultures of holistic Islamic organizations based on high integrity aspects of Islam can be the formulas for a cultured and highly civilized society. This study is a conceptual study that summarizes the concept of holistic Islamic organization culture and the concept of integrity of Islam and builds outstanding society and civilization. The study uses library study method. The major findings reveal the holistic culture of Islamic organization s culture, which include the aspects of civilization, civilization, the development of mind and intellect and culture from an Islamic perspective. The second discovery found that the cultural culture of a holistic Islamic organization based on a high integrity aspect of Islam can be a formula for a cultured and civilized society. In conclusion, this study shows that the cultural culture of holistic Islamic organization plays a role in Malays and Malaysians in achieving the goal of high civilization. The implication, there are several aspects of the challenge towards the achievement of high civilized nations.
