Abstract :
The present study was performed to determine the prevalence of Salmonella enteritides contamination of water birds carcasses in slughter shopes in Basrah city , 120 samples were collected from meat and Bacteriological examination was done . the results showed that the rate of contamination of meat was (10% ).
