Modern life style at present has indirectly producing a lot of problems to human such as stress and other. There are methods used to improved internal calmness of mankind and one of them is via looking into the nature. Intensive studies have proven that by observing deeply into God s creation will eventually bring a peace to the man s soul, In order to prove it, this study has selected two types of respondents; looking at nature and listening to its sound (audio visual) and looking at nature accompanied by recitation of Surah Yasin. The result shows that second type of respondent received tranquility calmness, peace of mind higher than the first type of respondents
