Kritik terhadap metode kajian sanad G.H.A. juynboll : Tumpuan terhadap teori common link dan single strand

This article discusses the theories developed by G.H.A. Juynboll in the study of sanad. Then, the theories will be criticized with an approach of the science of hadith. This approach results as the theories developed by Juynboll, such as; common link, single strand, diving, etc. are based on the unreliability and invalidity to the hadith ahad, especially hadith gharib. This opinion, like the former scholars of old mu'tazilah, is contradictive with most of the Muslims scholar's opinion.
