Interpretation of Hadith is one of the branches in the discipline of learning hadith. It stresses on the understanding and explanation of something that is related to the Prophet s.a.w. This article follows the history behind the development of interpretation of hadith into becoming a knowlegde discipline. It also highlights the tradition of interpretation in Islam and the spread of interpretation of Hadith in Nusantara.
