Abstract :
Trichoderma harzianum (T22) used as biological control agent, was performed in culture medium (PDA) containing different NaCl ratios to assesment its reaction to salt concentration. T22 was tested in two different pH levels (5-8) and five different NaCl concentrations (0.25, 0.50, 0.75, 1,0, 1.25 M) to Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. radicis lycopersici (FORL) causing crown root rot disease on tomato. At the end of studies, mycelial growth and sporulation of FORL were inhibited by 12.94-54.12 and 85.07-95.14% respectively, depending on ascending NaCl concentration. Sporulation was also not observed above 50 M NaCl. T22 performed in ascending NaCl concentrations showed low adaptation to salt stress. The mycelial growth was low inhibited 2.35- 3.54% and sporulation raised up to 0.6-1.5 x10^5 spor/ ml. The results indicated that T22 performed in salt condition has 3.2 % higher ability to control of FORL compared to T22 growth in optimum conditions.
