Abstract :
Symbiotic microorganisms provide significant benefits in vineyards like other plants such as usefulness for free nitrogen fixing from air, phosphate transformation in soil, making plant roots capable of water and mineral achievement, balancing nutrition of plants, developing the resistance of plants to biotic and abiotic stress factors. Mychorrhizae, due to the positive effects of the specified strains in some genus have increasingly being used in farming to take advantage of the effects as pure strains and/or mycorrhizal preparation. In this study, some symbiotic mychorrhizae as Bio-one (Azotobacter vinelandii, Clostridium pasteurianum), Bioplin (Azotobacter chroococum, Azotobacter vinelandii), Vitormone (Azotobacter chroococum, Azotobacter vinelandii) and Endo Roots (Glomus intraradices, G. mossea, G. aggregatum, G. clarum, G. monosporus, G. deserticola, G. brasilianum, G. etunicatum, and Gigaspora margarita) in commercial preparations were used. Mychorrhizae cocktails applied to the grapevine rootstock cuttings were 41 B, 99 R, 110 R, 140 Ru and 1103 P, in 1:1 perlite peat mix by directly planting into the tubse, at the end of spring at bud break stage. Plant nutrition, vegetative growth and plant growth level were investigated. Commercial preparations of the mychorrhizae strains marketing in our country colonized in the short time on the roots of applied grape rootstocks cuttings and affected the mineral nutrition of young plants at different levels. By Potted Grapevine Standard number TSE 3981, plant growth values were positively affected and the results were hopeful for grape rootstock propagations.
