Abstract :
In our country, the greenhouse growing from year to year and the greenhouse growth appears as the agriculture sector in which the labor and the input intensity are the highest. But cleaning of the greenhouse from the crop residues, high yield, long vegetation period and rapid lost of organic matter in the summer leads to an increase in the need for fertilization of greenhouse soils. For these reasons, in vegetable growth in greenhouses the fertilizers are used widely. Beside this, during the disinfection of the greenhouse soil, the useful microorganisms are obliterated besides the harmful organisms also. A natural microorganism, known as AMF sustains its life with plant roots in symbiotic form and in this way, it facilitates the absorption of nutrients from the soil by the plant. Nowadays, as the environmental awareness grows, the importance of usage of natural sources are increasing. The usage of natural sources such as AMF are vital for both a cleaner environment and economy. In this study, 2 different AMF (Glomus cal-edonium and Glomus clarum) are applied in 3 different way (once at the seed sowing time, once at seedling time and two times at seed sowing and at seedling time) to the pepper growth in the soil sterilized by steam in which the natural AMF is obliterated. The effects of these applications on plant development, yield ant nutrition for pepper were researched. As a result, in greenhouses, the addition of AMF to the soil effects the plant development and yield positively. While the yield increased %16 with respect to the control in one time applications, it in-creases %29 in two times applications. The same results were obtained for plant development and nutrition.
