Abstract :
Every balance sheet must have an equilibrium. Has an equivalence between the incoming and outgoing accounts. Analytical monitoring of this balance in the balance of payments, in the same way the system is formed by a double-sided records. Overall Balance of Payments Current account balance is mentioned with the Capital and Financial Account as the absolute value of the sum must be equal to each other. This equivalence cannot be provided if the net errors and omissions in the balance of the account is to create a positive or negative value. Analyzing the balance of payments account, an account that is used as table equalizer net errors and omissions account (NNH), which will be seen give a positive balance since 2002. Net errors and omissions Account, stems measurement errors and missing data in the table, or more compiling. Especially in recent years, with the impact of globalization, countries are seen dramatic increases in foreign economic activity. This increases shows that the total economic activity in the country of foreign economic relations become even more important with each passing year. Of all the details of this relationship comes to be examined and the overall situation of the country has become increasingly about important information. Especially in the current account balance explains, and that policies that will be applied towards closing the gap gives direction to the economy. For the first time in 2003 will be taken into account, exceeding the size limit, from that date have become draws the attention of academics and policy makers. From a historical viewpoint, this difference did not attract attention until recent years. Especially the start giving a positive balance of the term account has made it more important. If the academic studies conducted on this issue reveal the reason for this difference failed on to reach a clear conclusion. In this study, net errors and omissions account for Turkey on the agenda with an academic study, have been studied based on exports between 2005Q1 and 2012Q4 effects. The changes experienced in exports account relationship with net errors and omissions were analyzed. According to the results of the analysis, the net errors and omissions, as well as statistical error, has been determined that there is no relationship between economic growth and exports.
