Abstract :
This research Ankara Stage 2 in primary (elementary) and 32 secondary schools a total of 53 employees, including 21 units of school administrators (233) and teachers (544) The data were collected from by questionnaire methods from employees. The research population consists of administrators and teachers employees in educational institutions in Ankara province of. The survey consists of three parts. Regarding the causes of the trend in the first part the manager s psychological violence, the second part manager mobbing behaviors and the third part consists of aggrieved react. Made in this study, school administrators most (56.65%) to ensure dominance in the school, second in solving conflict problems in school (% 54.94) an employee s necessary unnecessary expressing their views (54.51%) in the face of often negative behaviors that psychological violence (mobbing) tends to be seen until they enter the inner. Rate of 76.39%, mostly of managers in section 2 of the study is not to informed the Institution activities and the rate of 69.53% not the place their employeesof views and thoughts in teacher showing negative their behavior has given answers close to the manager about it. Research shows differences in psychological violence responses to the teachers and administrators (p = 0.0001) and (p = 0.002) behavior is insulting among other employees for various reasonsand depriving the institution facilities, Employee implicit about mental health use the phrases and managers to apply physical violence or the threat of this kind are point of 58.80% no while teachers and 34.38% for this behavior often and also with 36.76% sometimes as they answer. In part 3 of the study of teachers the beginning of their response to when faced psychological violence responses to were divert to others (56.25%) and consequently (45.40%), the relations with the business environment that minimizes the level is seen.Usually (60.85%) is understood they not to work certain their feelings.
