This research Ankara Stage 2 in primary (elementary) and 32 secondary schools a total of 53 employees, including 21 units of school administrators (233) and teachers (544) The data were collected from by questionnaire methods from employees. The research population consists of administrators and teachers employees in educational institutions in Ankara province of. The survey consists of three parts.
