Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to analyze the levels of health employees’ organizational communication and job satisfaction, to determine whether the levels of organizational communication and job satisfaction change depending on certain demographic features and to find out the relationship between organizational communication and job satisfaction. The study was carried out on 92 health employees working in a private hospital in Kahramanmaraş between the dates 05.12.2016 - 17.12.2016. One-way analysis of variance and correlation and regression are used in the data analysis. The results of the study demonstrate an organizational communication level at 3, 75 and an job satisfaction level at 3.62. The study indicates a significant difference between the job satisfaction, and certain demographic features such as age and educational background. The study also shows the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational communication In addition, it is also observed in the study that job satisfaction is affected by sub-dimension of organizational communication.
