Abstract :
In this study, with the purpose of putting forward the relationship between the neurotic personality structures of the managers who work in the upper and middle level in the hotel enterprises which are the sub-dimension of the tourism enterprises and their workaholic behaviors, it was benefited from Karancı et al. (2007) scale and Eysenck personality inventory with which he carried out the validity studies for neuroticism WorkBAT scale which was developed by Spence and Robbins(1992) and with which the validity studies were carried out by Kart (2005) for workaholism. In the sub-purposes, the fact that whether the demographic features of the managers that have neurotic personality structure and workaholism behavior and the enterprise that is worked with show a meaningful difference according to the number of stars was researched upon. The data has been collected with a questionnaire method and it has been found out that there is a positive - oriented moderate relationship between workaholism and neuroticism. The acquired result is important in terms of the consistency of the managers working in the service sector with the employees, dependence on the workplace, work satisfaction, crisis management.
