The Effect of Entrepreneurial Leadership Behavior on Employee Creativity

In this study, the effect of entrepreneurial leadership behavior on employee creativity is examined. The fact that entrepreneurial leadership finds a limited field of study in the literature is important for the relative contribution of the study. Within this context, firstly conceptual framework about entrepreneurial leadership and employee creativity is presented, then findings and conclusions about the survey application carried out in the research part are presented. Structural equation modeling was used as a model in the research and Likert scale was preferred in the questionnaire. In the analysis of the data, SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 24 package programs were used together. It has been found that the levels of creativity may increase partly as the perceptions of employees on entrepreneurial leadership behavior in the workplace increase in the positive direction as a result of the findings obtained from the research.
