Abstract :
The food and beverage sector is especially based on the human force and high organizational trust of employees of in this sector can increase the performance and competitiveness of the companies.Servant leadership is a modern leadership approach that is subject to increasing number of research in recent years. The aim of this study is to identify the effects of servant leadership qualities of managers on organizational trust behavior of employee in food and beverage sector. The study is designed to conduct an empirical research, and is utilized from survey techniques to collect data. Employees in accommodation food and beverage businesses in Konya-Beyşehir constitute the population of the study. The size of the sample selected to conduct the survey is composed of a total of 200 employees. The current study is analyzed using via Spss 23. It is expected that the findings of this study will contribute to the relevant literature and provide useful information for the practitioners in the field.
