Abstract :
Serbia was given autonomy management as a result of Serbian rebellions that began in 1804 and continued until 1816. Thus the Amirate (Principality-Princedom) of Serbia was established. Serbia, after obtaining autonomy, tried to gain new rights from the Ottoman State which it was affiliated. The Serbian administration, supported by Europe and Russia, ensured the retreat of Ottoman soldiers in Serbia outside the castle. Also made all the efforts for Muslims living in the Serbian countries to abandon the country and have succeeded to a great extent. Finally, the Serbian administration has asked for the Ottoman soldiers in other states, especially Belgrade in Serbia, to leave the country and succeed in this. Thus, Serbia became actually an independent country. In this study, According to Prime Ministry Ottoman archive documents, the attitude of the Ottoman government towards the wishes of the Serbian Amirates and the policy it pursued were examined. Relations with the Serbian administration have been handled in accordance with the principle of cause-effect and a conclusion has been reached.
