In researches conducted with different variables in different sectors, it has been determined that the concepts of psychological capital, individual performance and person-organization fit, which enable organizations to maintain their existence and succeess, lead to positive work outputs, attitudes and behaviors under incresaingly globalized and competitive economic environment. Despite this importance, a detailed content analysis of the published studies on these concepts has not been made in the current literature. The aim of this study is to perform a literature review on psychological capital, individual performance and person-organization fit in the field of organizational behavior. For this purpose, 68 domestic researches within the scope of national journals with the national thesis center and 150 foreign articles in the context of Web of Science, including the most cited and the most current ones, have been reviewed. The research items included in the study were evaluated with the content analysis method. By the content analysis, descriptive information about the identity of the research has been examined including the dimensions of author/s, year, journal, variables, sector, method and data analysis methods. The data obtained are interpreted based on frequency with percentage, and are summarized in the taxonomy table. The results of the study showed that the most related variables with psychological capital, individual performance and person-organization fit are job intention, organizational commitment, leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. In terms of sector, education, service, public, tourism and manufacturing sectors have come to the forefront. It was observed that the researches were conceptually and theoretically carried out in the form of review and scale adaptation, and the empirical studies were predominant. In the analysis of the data, mostly regression, correlation and confirmatory factor analysis were used. The main contribution of this research is to allow researchers to see a general picture of the current literature, and to give an insight into which areas are neglected and which areas can be further studied. By providing a comprehensive taxonomy table, this research is expected to be a guide for future studies on psychological capital, individual performance and person-organization fit.
