Abstract :
In substance of the impossible attempts the perpetrator is unsuccessful to get event. It can be two reasons of this failure: Firstly there is no subject of crime, secondly impracticability of the act. In this study I will discuss about the whether we can punish the impossible attemps in Turkish Law. At the same time I will compare the Turkish Criminal Law System and American Criminal Law System about impossible attempts.
