Abstract :
Both individually and socially most important term of freedom of expression provides both oneself development for individual and safe and peaceful process for the society life. In addition, freedom of expression is the most basic indicator in order to determine the nowadays political regimes whether it is democratic. However, freedom of expression in a democratic society includes not only things that attract the managers and public authorities, but also freedom to explain all kind of though. As is often emphasizes to the decisions of the ECHR about freedom of expression applies not just the usual ideas, but also surprising and shocking ideas. The court of ECHR that mentions its behaviour against Turkey, interprets within the scope of freedom of expression related to the article of Dink on the Meet with Armenia, that includes “the purified blood that will replace the blood poisoned by the „Turk‟ can be found in the noble vein linking Armenians to Armenia. All we need to be aware that this existence.”
