Abstract
According to Turkish Civil Code heirs do contract before the opening of heritage possible with participate or allow legatör. There is no provision in the law that contracts made before the opening of heritage. Accepted view on this subject is that needs to be done in ordinary writing. Another issue worth mentioning is that although the contract made before the opening of heritage, possible heir is not hand over ownership rights. Possible transferee heritage not participate in the cab as heir.
