Abstract :
The crime of rebellion (bağy) one of the crimes found place in İslamic Law. It is the most righteous thing that if we put the crime of rebellion in the category of political crimes. This crime is mainly intends to weaken, demolish or change the political power. It is hard to classify the weapons used by the crime. Generally, we can say that revolts and clashes target the political power regime inclusive the crime of rebellion (bağy).
