Abstract :
Venue rules in law of civil procedure are regulated by Code of Civil Procedure (CCP) and other laws. The subject of this study is article 7 of Code of Civil Procedure which regulates common competent court in law of civil procedure.This article which determines common competent court in the case where more than one defendant is worthy of review by its terms and legal effects. Because the opinions of the Supreme Court of Appeals differ from the ideas put forward in the doctrine in terms of the provisions and results of the common competent court. In order to draw limits on the scope of application of the common authorization rule, the article will firstly sets out the condition of the law. Later, the provisions and results of the common authority rule, the opinions of the doctrine in this matter and the application of the Supreme Court will be evaluated.
