Abstract :
2014 Tunisian Constitution is a text which has been prepared with a wide consensus in a libertarian atmosphere which was occured after the 14 January Revolution. A wide list of fundamental rights and liberties including third-generation human rights has been took part in constitution. In the area of system of government, semi-presidential system has been prefered like other third wave democracies did. After the long authoritarion period, a strong Constitutional Court has been took part to preserve the democratic gains.In this work, the structure of state, fundamental rights and liberties, relation of public powers to an another in 2014 Tunisian Constitution have been evaluated.
