Newly developed lesions in right coronary artery during PCI

A 57-year-old male with a history of hypertension and type 2 diabetes for five years was admitted to our department for typical ischemic chest pain. His blood pressure was recorded as 130/80 mm Hg with a heart rate of 78 bpm. Electrocardiogram showed ST segment elevation in DII, DIII and aVF leads. He was transferred to the coronary care unit.
