Abstract :
The left internal mammary artery (LIMA) is often used for the revascularization of the left anterior descending (LAD) coronary artery because of its long-term patency. In this report, we present a case of coil reocclusion of the unligated thoracic side branch of the LIMA in which recanalization occurred following coil occlusion procedure performed 4 years ago in a patient consuming warfarin owing to aortic valve replacement (AVR).
