Abstract :
In total anomalous pulmonary venous connection (TAPVC), pulmonary venous blood flow abnormally returns to join the systemic venous tributary or right atrium, and the pulmonary vascular resistance may be elevated if a form of obstruction occurs in this circuit (1).
