Abstract :
A case of focal dermal hypoplasia (FDH) in with bladder exstrophy in a female infant diagnosed on clinical findings mainly the presence of facial asymmetry, right microophthalmia, lip papillomas, dermal hypoplasia with fat herniations, and lobster-claw deformity. Skin biopsy showed non-capsulated collections of fat cells high-up in the dermis.
