KEPENTINGAN KAEDAH PENYELIDIKAN MODEN DALAM FATWA SEMASA

Fatwa is an answer to the questions that solved the problems faced by Muslim’s society. It should be based on accuracies of the research by practising the current methods. Present article explained on the methods that should be followed by mufti to handle the current issues. This article is based on the literature reviews by analyzing the views of traditional dan contemporary Muslim scholars as they discussed on the procedures that must be taken before issuing the fatwa. The findings show that the Muslim scholars have been discussed the steps in handling the fatwa issues in the real situation but it should be improved with the current methods.
